PMA are members of NAEA, Ombudsman and the DPS. (ARLA Pending).	As Lettings Only Service plus: Ongoing monthly rental collection from the tenant including arrears management.	As Rent Collection Service plus: Full Property Management Service from referencing to check outs.
COST OF SERVICE	Nil to landlord. (Other than ‘find a tenant’ fee). Tenant pays administration fees.	From 5% plus VAT of the total gross rental per property.	From 8% plus VAT of the total gross rental per property.
