Quick Guide to Using mousesale

The following guide is for information purposes only. 

We will visit your home, take photographs, prepare and upload property details on your behalf. However if you wish, you can assist us by adding some of your property details and photographs to the site before we visit your home.

Don’t worry, no information will go live on the site until we have first checked it and you confirm you are happy with it.

Before proceeding to upload property details yourself to our site, please make sure you have the following information to hand:

• Full address of property including postcode.
• Asking price.
• Property details (description).
• Payment details. Unless you have chosen to defer payment at the same time as ordering a HIP, you can pay securely online by credit or debit card via Paypal which is the same system trusted by millions of E-bay users. If you prefer you can also pay by cheque.
• Photographs of your property. They should be in jpeg (.jpg) format and ideally around 960 by 720 pixels in size. The website will automatically resize photographs but those that are a very large will take some time to download. If in doubt, please ask. We are happy to help. Photos can be added later if not immediately available or of course we will take them when we visit the property. (We will arrange for floor plans and Energy Performance Certificate graphs to be prepared on your behalf if required)
• You must first register if you have not done so previously. Click on register/log-in and complete the on screen instructions.
